HCA is managing the hospitals, nuring homes, clinics or etc.
They set workers schedule, finaces, solve and prevent accidents, set up meetings, data base, work ethnic and laws are followed, and programs runs smoothly.
Public Health work in all different kinds of areas, but work with the problems directly like doing experiments in labs and research facilities, working out social issues like violence to traffic safety to spread of disease to use campians to work with people. They have specialize more in working with the community problems.
