I recently got a fulbright scholarship in public health. do you think it worth leaving my job at dermatology?

I’m enrolled in the first year of dermatology resident programe it will take me four years to become a specialist ? but this fulbright scholarship that i got messed me up . as its a wonderful chance to got to the states and get a degree from there but i dont know does it worth it to leave clinical field and only get an health mangament and policy master? any help appreciated

you should do both. an MPH looks really good with a clinical degree like an MD or even Dermatology. The MPH as a stand-alone degree isn’t as good. If you can only do one or the other, I would say go for Dermatology.
No one can tell you what would be the best thing for you to do with your life. But here is a question: Why did you apply for the fulbright? This was not a five-minute application process. It took time to prepare. So, try to decide by remembering why you applied in the first place.
